Who Echo Humans Are and What They Do
Echo Humans is a digital advertising agency. Digital advertising agencies specialise in creating and executing online marketing campaigns. They leverage various online channels to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals for their clients. These channels may include:
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): This involves optimising websites and content to rank higher in search engine results pages (SERPs) and potentially using pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on search engines like Google Ads.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Developing and managing social media presence to engage with potential customers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Content Marketing: Creating and distributing valuable content (articles, videos, infographics) to attract and engage a target audience.
- Display Advertising: Placing visual ads on websites and mobile apps frequented by the target audience.
- SEO Optimisation: Researching industry keywords and Phrases, updating clients websites, meta data and assets, and other owned assets content, and profiles, like: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, with industry specific content.
You may have applied directly to Echo Humans or they may have found your details from a website, Google Business, linked-In or social networking site. Joma Agency collects information about you to carry out its core business and ancillary activities.
Information you give to Echo Humans or they collect about you
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on their site https://www.jomaagency.com (the site) or by corresponding with them by phone, e-mail or otherwise.
- Information contained in your email shared fills. On occasion, this may include sensitive personal data
- Information you provide when you subscribe to their services, attend their events, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on the site, enter a survey and report a problem with the site.
- If you contact Joma Agency, they may keep a record of correspondence.
Information Echo Humans obtains from other sources
This is information Echo Humans may obtain about you from other sources such as LinkedIn, corporate websites, online business registration sites (Yelp etc), and personal recommendations. In this case, Joma Agency will inform you, sending you this privacy notice, within a maximum of 30 days of collecting the data of the fact they hold personal data about you, the source the personal data originates from and whether it came from publicly accessible sources, and for what purpose they intend to retain and process your data.
Echo Humans works closely with third parties including business partners, sub-contractors in technical, professional, payment and other services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies and professional advisors. Echo Humans may receive information about you from third parties for their marketing services and ancillary support services.
Call Recording
This privacy notice applies to telephone calls logged by hand to a database by Echo Humans. Such a call may contain personal data. Echo Humans use the logged notes of the calls to service the client properly.
The call recordings may be shared with the following recipients:
- Keep a record of what was discussed and agreed
We retain the calls for three months. This retention period will not apply to personal data involved in legal proceedings.
Purposes of the processing and the legal basis for the processing
Echo Humans may use information held about you in the following ways:
- To provide you with information or services that you request from Echo Humans or which they feel may interest you.
- To carry out the obligations arising from any contracts entered between you and Echo Humans. Joma Agency's legitimate interests in collecting and retaining your data is described below:
- The use of personal data of their client contacts is a fundamental, essential part of this process.
- In order to support their clients’ needs they require a database of client personal data containing historical information as well as current requirements.
- To maintain, expand and develop Echo Humans business they need to record the personal data of prospective client contacts.

Where Echo Humans store and process your data
The data that Echo Humans collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may be transferred to third parties outside of the EEA for the purpose of their recruitment services.
Where they have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Echo Humans asks you not to share a password with anyone.

How long we retain your data
