Echo Humans Services Refund Policy

Overview Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds Our refund policy applies to the following services:

  • Marketing Services
  • Advertising Services
  • Web Design and Development Services
  • Streaming Avatar Services

Non-Refundable Services Several types of services are exempt from being refunded:

  • Completed marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Custom website design and development services once work has commenced.
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, online saas subscriptions and eBooks).
  • On-demand support services.

Required for Refunds To process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted under certain conditions:

  • Services that have been partially completed.

Refund Process Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please email us, and mark the subject line: Refund Not Received.

Sale Items Only regular priced services may be refunded. Sale services cannot be refunded.

Service Adjustments If you are not satisfied with the service provided or if there is an issue with the service delivery, please email us to discuss an adjustment or resolution.

Coupons and Specials If the service was marked as a coupon special when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a coupon credit for the value of your return. Once the return is processed, a coupon will be emailed to you.

If the service wasn’t marked as a coupon special when purchased, or the coupon giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the coupon giver, and they will find out about your return.
