Echo Humans Terms of Service

Payment for our Services is due upon agreement between Echo Humans and the client. Payment terms and pricing will be outlined in our service agreements or invoices.

All content and materials provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, are the property of Echo Humans or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Use of Likeness in Avatar Streaming Service
With our AI Avatar streaming service, we may use a likeness of you or your team, with permission, for use within our case studies, stories, blogs, and some advertising. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that Echo Humans may use your likeness for these purposes, with your permission, when utilizing our AI Avatar streaming service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Echo Humans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or usage of our Services or affiliated services and products.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Echo Humans and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
11. Changes to Terms
Joma Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
